We both like chili. If you don't put beans in it, it's basically already keto. Here's a recipe we tried. It was good. We should keep it.
Ingredients:
16 oz ground beef
16 oz ground pork
4.5 can green chilies
2 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
6 oz can tomato paste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 yellow onion, diced
1/4 cup minced garlic
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
1/4 cup chili powder
2 tablespoons cumin
2 tablespoons oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 bay leaf
Instructions:
1. Saute onions in a large sauce pan until translucent
2. Add ground beef and pork and cook until browned
3. Place all other ingredients (except for bay leaf) into crock pot
4. Add contents from sauce pan
5. Place bay leaf in the middle of the chili
6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours
7. Enjoy with a scoop of sour cream or cheese as desired.
